Call to stop Noelia's Deportation!

Friends and Allies!

 

Noelia needs your urgent help. Last year you made thousands of phone calls wrote hundreds of letters and stood with us in the freezing cold demanding justice. Because of your constant effort we were able to stop the deportations of our amazing leaders Vinny and Denis . Now we need to do it again!. In 9 days Noelia Ramos will be taken away from her two children and her husband and sent to Honduras. We are the only ones who can stop her deportation and we need everyone to take action for Noelia now!

Noelia has two U.S citizen children, a four year old and a five month old. Her last pregnancy brought her a beautiful son, Steven , but also left her with postpartum depression, which gets worse as thoughts of being separated from her family come to her. Noelia is a church member at the Church of God in New Bedford and has strong ties in her community. 

In 2006 she was part of the New Bedford raid in Michael Bianco’s factory. She was detained in an inhumane manner to later be released and put in deportation proceedings. Deporting her to Honduras means breaking apart a family and causing psychological damage to Noelia and her children.
